Service and accounts
HireGraph provides search, hiring-intelligence, alerting, export, API, webhook, and team features according to the active plan. You are responsible for account security, authorized organization membership, API keys, and webhook destinations.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access or rate limits, probe systems without permission, redistribute data unlawfully, or use HireGraph to make unlawful employment, credit, housing, or other high-impact decisions. Hiring signals are indicators and must not be treated as verified statements of a company's plans or performance.
Billing and availability
Paid plans and top-ups are billed at checkout. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle; top-up credits do not expire under the current product rules. Source coverage, freshness, inferred signals, and availability can vary. Marketing targets are not service-level commitments unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may change or discontinue features and update these terms with reasonable notice for material changes. Contact legal@hiregraph.com with questions. Any separately executed order form or service agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
