Information we process
We process account details you provide, authentication and billing identifiers, product usage and security logs, saved searches, alerts, application-tracking entries, API keys, webhook configuration, and organization membership. We also index publicly available company and job-posting information from supported sources.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure HireGraph, provide search and intelligence features, enforce plan limits, process payments, deliver configured alerts and webhooks, troubleshoot failures, and improve source quality.
Service providers and retention
Infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and payment providers may process data on our behalf. We retain information only as needed for the service, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. Webhook destinations are chosen by the account owner; customers are responsible for those recipients.
Your choices
You can update product data in the application and request account access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@hiregraph.com. Some records may be retained where legally required. This notice will be updated when processing practices materially change.
